Over the course of the last decade gang intervention specialist Ramont Williams has proven himself to be an advocate for at-risk youth. His work with “Extremely At Risk Youth” is now legendary. His work with the Attorney Generals Office program Project Safe Neighborhood, using the Gang Intervention Through Targeted Outreach (GITTO) Model is now known as a national best practice.  It has been suggested that his work with 230 adjudicated youth, boasting an only 5% recidivism rate, contributed to the gang task force being rated number 1 in the nation. 

In a year and a half Ramont Williams assisted in cultivating an empire of youth development.  He was able to get 97% of his youth employed that resided in North and West Las Vegas.  These areas have a historic reputation of crime and delinquent youth.  As a farmer O.G. devoted to changing the neighborhoods he had the cultural competence to change their thinking. Consequently many of Mr. Williams youth are college bound and engaging in Pro-Social behavior.
